The Long Answer: anybody wanting to strategically re-sculpt her/his body, who wants to get back to the original design, the original shape they were born with, and cannot find the path on her/his own.

Many of us (yes, this includes me) have taken wrong information for true, not eaten the right foods, done the wrong things. This caused our body to get distorted, to grow out of control.

Maybe fat is accumulating around your midsection, your belly.
Or hips and thighs could be your critical area.

Whatever your weight loss problem might be, however, I want to share you this simple but true message:

Those fat areas can be burned away with simple daily actions

Please notice: I said simple, not easy.
Changing eating habits involves serious, deep work.

Here’s a breakup of what worked for me:

  1. The combination of macro nutrients is particular to your
    own chemistry. You got to figure out what “type” you are
    because otherwise you won’t feed your body optimally
  2. Once you know, you can calculate your calorie needs and
    divide it among carbs,proteins,fats in the proportion optimal
    to you
  3. Pay attention to the reaction of your body to the foods you
    eat. Some of them will leave you hungry after one hour, or
    sleepy…Paying attention to the body responses is crucial
  4. Avoid processed foods, sugar, alcohol
  5. Exercise. Find a suitable fitness program

I know this is pretty basic but hey, I am no longer a fan of weighing food and counting calories…You don’t want a diet program, you want nutrition information that makes sense and is easy to implement.
